About us
We are a travel agency in Dalyan, and we work on the boat ourselves. Not a booking platform, not a reseller in another country — you message one number and a person in Dalyan answers it, the same person, for the whole of your stay.
What we do
Boat trips on the delta, private charters, excursions inland, airport transfers, villa rental and the ordinary concierge work that makes a week easier — a table booked, a doctor found, a car hired, a birthday cake that appears on a boat at the right moment.
How we work
You send one message. One person answers it and keeps answering it for the whole of your stay. There is no ticketing system and nobody is going to ask you for a reference number. We are not only selling the day: the person who answers you is crew on the boat, so whoever takes your booking is on the water with you.
What we will not do
We will not sell you a tour that is wrong for your group to hit a target, and we will not quote a price that grows on the day. If a boat is not going out because of the weather, we say so before you pack a bag.
Licensing
Travel agencies in Türkiye are licensed by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and registered with TÜRSAB. Before you pay anybody here — us included — ask for the agency licence number and check it. Any agency that will not give you one is not an agency.
