What this page is
A plain description of what happens to your information when you use this website or send us a message. It is written to satisfy the Turkish personal data law (KVKK, Law No. 6698) and the EU GDPR, both of which apply to us because we sell to visitors from the EU and the UK.
What we collect
This website has no contact form and collects nothing from you. If you message us on WhatsApp, we see your WhatsApp name, your phone number and what you write — the same as any WhatsApp conversation. The web server also records ordinary access logs (IP address, page requested, time), as every web server does.
Why we collect it
To answer your message and, if you go ahead, to arrange and run the services you booked. That is the only purpose. We do not build profiles, we do not sell data to anyone, and we do not add you to a mailing list without you asking.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If website analytics are switched on in future, this page will be updated before that happens and a consent banner will appear.
Who else sees it
WhatsApp itself carries the message (Meta’s own privacy terms apply to that). Beyond us, only the boat, villa, driver or restaurant needed to deliver what you booked — and only the part they need, for example a name and a pick-up address. Our web host processes the data as part of serving this website. Nobody else.
How long we keep it
Messages that do not become bookings: up to 12 months, so we recognise you if you come back. Bookings: as long as Turkish accounting and tourism law requires records to be kept, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Message us on WhatsApp using the button on any page of this site and we will do it. You do not need to give a reason.
Children
This site is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data. Where a booking involves children, we ask only for ages, and only because a boat, a transfer seat or an insurance line requires it.
Changes
If this notice changes, the new version replaces this one on this page.
